This round, cast-iron pan with seven round-bottomed cups was used for making ebelskivers, or Scandinavian apple-sliver pancake balls. Note the artisan-crafted handle, with rectangular cuts that improved the grip, and the scrape marks where the handle narrows to connect to the pan.
